We can deliver full-service event management and take care of everything from managing stakeholders and marketing right through to the financials and admin, or we can offer support to help you deliver your own event – as much or as little as you need.

Event strategy

Whether your event has plateaued or is gearing up for growth, we can develop a strategic plan to guide you and lead the way. We can work with you to refine committee structures, undertake succession planning and manage volunteers.

King Events has developed event guides and manuals for regional events across Australia alongside councils and committees. Our strategy process can vary depending on your event. On past projects, we’ve dedicated time to interview stakeholders, conduct research, develop and evaluate surveys and hold focus groups, all before we compile the final plan or report with recommendations.

Event coaching

Not ready for the commitment of handing over full management of your event? Our event coaching is tailored to your needs and can include templates and as much (or as little) hand-holding as you need. Six months, 12 months, full service or just some accountability sessions.

Event workshops

We work with councils, tourism bodies and regional development organisations to upskill event organisers, committees and local community members. Each workshop we deliver is tailored to the unique needs and skill level of attendees. Workshop participants are also provided with templates and useful resources to empower them to deliver unique, memorable events.
