Each year, we bring together event professionals from regional and not-so-regional areas. A mix of local government, event organisers and other service providers, we share ideas and insights, tackle topics like accommodation shortages, risk and marketing, and of course make connections that endure well beyond the conference.

 

As King Events, we’ve experienced our fair share of challenges across the range of projects we’ve worked on. We created the Regional Events Conference to empower event organisers and communities. By bringing together like-minded regional event people, we attempt to make those challenges a little less gargantuan, and (hopefully) a little more manageable.

We’ve held the Regional Events Conference four times, and we haven’t run out of topics to cover yet! Wagga, Port Macquarie and Dubbo have hosted the conference so far, stay tuned for our next destination.
